About Our Company

From its humble beginnings as a small general contracting entity, G.V.W. Incorporated is very proud to now be considered a premier multi-million dollar enterprise specializing in all facets of new construction and remodeling of commercial and industrial buildings.  G.V.W. was incorporated in 1986.  At the outset, we mainly sought out condo
conversion projects.  In 1989, when the market for condos declined, we began bidding public work and have been successful in that sector of the
contracting business for nearly 20 years.  Over the last five years, the business expanded and we have been able to take on jobs upwards of $25 million.  We're capable of bidding jobs up to $45 million.  Project expertise runs the gamut from new construction to fit-outs of office and retail space.  The success of G.V.W. Incorporated comes from repeat business and referrals, which is a testament to superior quality and the effort put into meeting and exceeding the expectations of our clients.

Superior Quality

G.V.W. Incorporated believes that a quaity job begins with quality people, so we employ only highly trained full-time carpenters, electricians, plumbers, masons and other tradesmen.  Our entire team strives to provide the highest quality work along with professional, reliable services.

We take pride in making customers exceptionally pleased on each and every job.

Planning

We recognize the importance of proper planning and staging on projects. This saves you money, produces a better end product and makes for a smooth running job site. We work directly with you, as well as architects, designers and subcontractors to plan the job from the start. We are always thinking three steps ahead. Our professional estimating, project managing, and production staff is your guarantee that the project is completed on time, with uncompromising quality.

Flexibility & Reliability

Today’s commercial construction environment requires flexibility and innovative ways of getting the job done:

• Off-hours work to solve scheduling and logistics issues
• Ability to handle tight deadlines and short-notice projects
• Isolating work areas so that normal business may proceed in the rest of the building
• Crews are trained to be as unobtrusive as possible during business hours
• Permanent records kept of job details for future customer reference
• All workers trained to problem solve on the job to keep projects moving smoothly and on schedule
